SANYO produziert GaAIAs index-geführte Multi-Quantum-Well (MQW) Laserdioden im infraroten Wellenlängenbereich mit niedrigem Schwellstrom und Leistungen bis zu 150 mW.

Die Laserdioden sind in 5,6 mm Gehäusen mit "N", "M", oder "P" Anschlussbelegung verfügbar.

All SANYO laser diodes are lead (pb) free in compliance with the RoHS Directive.
