The fibre pigtailed laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.

Fibre output power is from 0.8mW to 5mW.

These pigtailed laser modules are highly reliable, and suitable for use in applications ranging from scientific equipment to fault locators and telecomms systems.
