TE Cooled laser module with circular output beam

The 300-0600-00 series of Thermo-Electrically Cooled, (TEC), red and infrared laser diode modules offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and significantly increased laser diode lifetime.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as machine vision, alignment, industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, the TEC laser modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The laser module produces a circular output beam and output powers of 0.9mW to 32mW at 635nm, 25mW at 690nm, 55mW at 785nm and 24mW to 120mW at 830nm.

NOTE: We can fit almost any laser diode in a 9mm or 5.6mm package into our TEC laser modules. If you need a wavelength or power that we do not offer as standard, please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
