A range of high quality infrared laser diodes, 785nm - 830nm, with optical output powers from 0.7mW to 60mW, packaged in FC or ST receptacles.

The packaged laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.

Highly reliable, the packaged laser diodes are suitable for use in scientific equipment, fault locators and free space optical communications.

Custom receptacle packaged laser diodes can be fitted with any 5.6mm package laser diode that a customer may require for their particular application.
