receptacle packaged laser diodes - visible wavelength 635nm-670nm

A range of high quality visible wavelength (635nm-670nm) laser diodes packaged in SMA, FC, ST and SC receptacles, and receptacle packaged laser diodes with universal adaptor that will accept FC, ST, SC and most other 2.5mm diameter ferrule connectors. They are suitable for use in scientific instruments and fibre optic cable fault locators.

The universal adaptors are fitted with a split sleeve alignment mechanism, which gives better than 1dB repeatability on coupling.

The packaged laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.

Custom receptacle packaged laser diodes can be fitted with any 5.6mm package laser diode that a customer may require for their particular application.
