receptacle packaged laser diodes - 1310nm -1550nm telecomms wavelength

A range of high quality telecomms wavelength laser diodes packaged in FC or ST receptacles and receptacle packaged laser diodes with universal adaptors that will accept FC, ST, SC and most other 2.5mm diameter ferrule connectors. They are ideal for use in visual fibre optic fault locators for communications networks.

The universal adaptors are fitted with a split sleeve alignment mechanism, which gives better than 1dB repeatability on coupling.

The packaged laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.

Custom receptacle packaged laser diodes can be fitted with any 5.6mm package laser diode that a customer may require for their particular application.
