Photon Plus laser module with circular output beam

The Photon Plus laser modules are a range of visible and infrared wavelength laser diode modules with customer-adjustable lens for collimated or focused beam. They are designed as a complete OEM laser solution for industrial, medical and biomedical applications.

Output options include line generators, circularising optics and structured light diffractive optics.

The laser module consists of an anodised aluminium housing, laser diode, drive circuit and collimating lens which may be replaced by other optical systems such as line generators. Operating voltage is from 2.7V-6V DC.

The modules are either cylindrical or with a 25mm mounting flange. Mechanical dimensions are 12 mm diameter x 43mm length.

The laser module can be supplied in various colours to assist in wavelength or power identification. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads.

OEM threadmount laser modules, 635nm - 670nm

An economically priced range of circular beam, threadmount laser diode modules for OEM use in applications where precision and reliability are important, such as industrial alignment and positioning. Wavelengths range from 635nm to 670nm.

The laser module consists of an aluminium housing, laser diode, drive circuit and collimating lens, which can be factory set to produce either a collimated beam or a focused spot.
