A range of high quality 1310nm / 1550nm telecomms wavelength laser diodes pigtailed (coaxial or board mount) to singlemode 9/125µm optical fibre. They offer uncooled operation at -40°C to 85°C.

Fibre output power is 0.8mW.

The fibre pigtailed laser diodes are multi-quantum-well structure (MQW), have a built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode and a hermetically sealed active component.
